Caspico LLP provides search and selection of marine personnel according to the requirements of Shipowners and in accordance with the requirements of international maritime legislation.

We have a management and quality system in accordance with ISO-9001-2016, ISO-14001-2016, ISO-45001-2019.

We comply with the requirements of Standard A 1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC-2006), confirmed by the international company Bureau Veritas.

Our marine personnel undergo all necessary training, both in their specialization and in safety and health on board ships.
They are trained at accredited training centers and specialized educational institutions in Kazakhstan and the CIS.
